The park is named after the chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee, a member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus Mikhail Yakovlevich Pavlov.

Park of Hope Grekova
The park, formerly known as "Serebryanka", is located on the banks of the Chizhovsky reservoir. It received its new name in honor of Nadezhda Grigorievna Grekova, Chairman of the Supreme Council of the BSSR. Polotsk park
The park is located in the Zeleny Lug microdistrict and was named in honor of the 1150th anniversary in 2012. The main feature of this recreation area is the beautiful water cascades on the Slepyansk water system. The park stretches along Sedykh Street.
Park Belaya Dacha
