Not far from Ilya and the Vileika reservoir, there is agro-town Vyazyn. This place has been known since the 15th century, from the moment when the prince of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania Casimir IV gave him Ivan Kuchuk - to the great Lithuanian marshal. Vyazyn repeatedly passed from one owner to another. And in 1808, the new owner of the estate became Vikenty Gechan-Getsevich and built a family estate in Vyazyn. A hundred years later, in 1908, next to the estate was built chapel-tomb of the Getseviches.

Soon the chapel was consecrated in honor of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary and it became a church. Neo-Gothic shrine is included in the list of historical and cultural values Belarus.

The facade of the building is completed with a hipped bell tower, and a clear symmetry can be traced in the forms.
