Agricultural town with a beautiful name Waverka located in Lida district, Grodno region. About 600 people live here, and the main attraction is Church of the Transfiguration of the Lord.

The Catholic parish and the first church in Wawerk were founded at the beginning of the 15th century. Then these lands owned Mikhail Goliginovich.
