Agrogorodok Palace located in the Dyatlovsky district, Grodno region. The main attraction of the village is Church of the Body of God, but there are several other interesting objects. For example Church of the Intercession, built in the second half of the 19th century, in a fairly typical form for that time.
The architecture of the temple belongs to the pseudo-Russian style. The foreground is occupied by a two-tier belfry tower, to which the main volume of the church adjoins and ends with a rectangular apse.
The church in the Palace village dates from 1869 year, then on these lands he just lived genus Protasevichwho had extensive possessions with a large estate. This estate has not survived to this day, and its fate is rather vague.
In an old photo taken in the first half of the 20th century, you can see what the house looked like. Today, a local enterprise operates on this site, and only dilapidated buildings of a water mill and a barn remind of the former estate. There are also few references to the Protasevich family, one of which is an old family cemetery. Several representatives of this family are buried here, including Mikhail and his wife Apollinaria, under whom the estate and the church were built.
The church is located in the center of the agro-town, and a small cemetery of the Protaseviches is right in front of the congress.
Not far from the Palace, it is worth seeing the beautiful Catholic Church of the Holy Guardian Angels in the village of Rohotna, as well as others sights of Belarus on the map.
