Khoiniki is a small town and regional center of the Gomel region. The most interesting attraction is located in the historical center - former estate of the Avraamovs.
An estate was built for a wealthy merchant Andrey Avraamov. The work was completed in 1912, as evidenced by the commemorative figures on the facade.
The estate complex is located on a plot of about 10 hectares and is a real park. This place is one of the most favorite among the residents of Khoiniki.
The estate consists of two parts: a two-story main building with a tower and a long one-story building.
The front side of the house meets with a four-column portico with a balcony.
The park part of the house stands out with a tower (from this angle, the Khoiny estate resembles manor in Pruzhany).
The architecture is eclectic and the building itself is asymmetrical. Within the walls of the former estate of the Avraamovs, today there is a local museum of local lore.
Another interesting detail is the monument in the park. The sculpture is calledpeople in the swamp” and installed in honor of Ivan Melezh for the day of writing in 2005.
Homestead on the street Karl Marx 19. The museum is open from 9:00 to 18:00, closed on Mondays, admission is paid.
There are 2 more interesting places near Khoiniki: ruins of the estate in Borisovshchina и abandoned estate Rudakov.
