Manor Khodkevichy in the village of Bolshoye Mozheikovo

Near defensive temple Murovanka there is an interesting village Big Mozheikovo. Once upon a time there was a family estate Khodkevich. Unfortunately, the manor house has not been preserved, but several outbuildings have survived. The most interesting building is lamus, similar objects in Belarus Little.

Since the building on the territory state farm "Big Mozheikovo", then the passage is prohibited. Rather, it is not allowed, as the local watchman explained. According to her, it is possible to see the attraction, but it is undesirable, and you need to do it quickly.

Opposite the lyamus there is a building with a high pitched roof - this barn.

The estate itself was located in the depths of the park, although the house burned down in 1914. There are enough reminders that once these lands were a noble estate. For example, an old fence can still be seen around the perimeter of the park. The main entrance gate has also been partially preserved, it was through it that the entrance to Khodkevichy estate.

Also on the territory of the complex is preserved old house for workers. It is he who is often mistaken for the building of the estate.

The porticos with columns look beautiful.

Now the building is completely mothballed and it is impossible to get inside.

A house made of rubble stone with a brick column at the entrance is a manor outbuilding. Surprisingly, the house turned out to be residential. Around the cleaned and well-groomed territory with a small garden.

Bypassing the wing you can admire the park, which is a natural monument of the Republic of Belarus.

Walking around the territory of the Bolshoye Mozheikovo complex, it is easy to find other, less bright, buildings from the time of the Khodkevichs. The icehouse has been preserved, as well as a small gatehouse by the road and a number of outbuildings.

The former estate of the Khodkevichs Bolshoe Mozheikovo could be a great tourist attraction. Moreover, the local enterprise produces about 80% of medicines in Belarus.

Not far from these places you can see interesting church in Ishchelno. Also in the Shchuchin district is the legendary farmstead Zheludok.
