Unfortunately, no reliable information was found about who built the chapel and when. One can only make an assumption that this could be the family tomb of the Vovzhetskys or the Mineyko family. The representatives of these families had an estate in neighboring Vidzakh-Lovchinsky.

The chapel-tomb itself was probably abandoned after the end of the war of 1914-1918, then Vidzy was under the occupation of the Kaiser's troops. The old picture shows how the chapel looked in those years.
