Abandoned water mill, Lososna village
When heading to Grodno, pay attention to the rather large-scale ruins of a water mill, which have been preserved since the end of the 19th century. The village of Lososna has been part of Grodno since 2008. Of the mill itself, only the vaults of the walls have survived, but even these remains make it possible to understand the scale of the structure. The masonry itself is fascinating: not only bricks were used in the construction, but also rubble stone.
Unfortunately, the main parts of the building have not been preserved. However, the landscape that opens up is fascinating: the large laying of ruins and the sound of water crashing against the rapids will not leave anyone indifferent.
similar water milly, with a similar history, can be found in the village Node. You may also be interested in seeing other ruins of Belarus. Be sure to arrange a tour of the oldest city of Belarus - Grodno.
