Seilovichi is an agro-town in the suburbs Nesvizh. The place has been known since the end of the 16th century, when Radziwill "Orphan" gave these lands to the Catholics. Probably in those days the first church was built.

The wooden church, which today can be seen in Seilovichi, was built much later. According to one version, the temple was erected as a Uniate church in the 18th century, according to another, at the end of the 19th century.

Above the entrance to the church are the letters “IHS” – abbreviation “Jesus, savior of mankind".

In 1920 the temple was renovated.

From the 20s to 39 the Seilovichi were part of the Interwar Poland. After the village became part of the BSSR.
