Village Leninist had a different name Fatherland (Gatechino) and until 1939 belonged to the family Belsky who had a large estate here. To date, nothing has survived from the manor house and residential buildings, only distilleryfounded in 1904.

In Soviet times, a local enterprise worked on the basis of this brovar. However, by the 90s, the building fell into disrepair and was simply abandoned without proper maintenance.

In addition to the distillery, there are several other outbuildings. The whole complex is fenced, there is a gatehouse at the entrance. Given the favorable location and proximity to the M1 highway, the village of Leninsky could have a good tourist potential.
